Hi I'm Aimee Roark, the Wellness Specialist & Nutritionist at The Sanctuary 4 Health. I serve all of the communities of the Palmetto State. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, earning my PhD in Natural Health & Nutrition, a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and these additional professional certificates; Certified Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Certified Natural Healer, Certified Spiritual Guide, and Ordained Whole Medicine & Healing Minister. I passionately believe in the power of the body to heal itself through an alternative and naturalistic path. I am board certified through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). As an AADP Board Certified Holistic Wellness Professional I educate individuals, couples, families, and corporate groups on how to improve diet and lifestyle, manage stress, optimize energy levels, create homeostatic & emotional balance, and cultivate inner peace to promote optimal health and healing. I offer nutritional counseling, HTMA - personalized nutrition analysis, individual meal planning, individual fitness training, and P.E.M.F. Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy.
